1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or dislike of the product after delivery.
Only products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact are eligible for return.
2. Timeframe for Returns:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
Requests made after 48 hours from the delivery date will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return.
4. Refund Policy:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed. Since we operate only on Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be issued via cash or another agreed-upon method within 7 to 10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
Items that show signs of wear, damage (other than manufacturing defects), or missing original tags are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Liam Wardrobe will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
