Return and refund

At Liam Wardrobe, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or dislike of the product after delivery.

  • Only products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact are eligible for return.

2. Timeframe for Returns:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

  • Requests made after 48 hours from the delivery date will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return.

4. Refund Policy:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed. Since we operate only on Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be issued via cash or another agreed-upon method within 7 to 10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage (other than manufacturing defects), or missing original tags are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Liam Wardrobe will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
